Please note: This is an estimate, and while we strive to provide accurate costs, unforeseen factors may affect the final total. If any issues arise, we will inform you immediately and seek your approval before proceeding with any additional charges.

The Mobile Mariner: Terms and Conditions Authorization

By approving this estimate, you authorize The Mobile Mariner to perform the outlined work and purchase necessary materials. You also grant permission to operate your boat or equipment for testing and inspection purposes.

Liability Disclaimer

The Mobile Mariner is not responsible for fire, theft, vandalism, or incidents beyond their control, whether the job is mobile or in-house. An express mechanics lien is hereby acknowledged on above boats and/or equipment to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Be sure any existing balance has been paid. 
We can not schedule or initiate a work order until all past due bills are paid in full. 

Payment Terms

Payment in full is due upon completion of work.
Invoices will be emailed upon completion. 

Warranty

Workmanship: All of our workmanship is covered by a 90-day warranty. If our workmanship fails at any time we will repair it at no cost as long as the boat is inside our service area, no more than 30 miles from our address.
Components: Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Repairs for component failures will align with the manufacturer’s coverage terms.
