Outboard Engines

Our outboard engine service offers thorough diagnostics, regular maintenance, and mechanical repairs for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. conduct multi-point inspections, service thecase, replace spark plugs and fuel filters, check thermostats, and replace water pumps and impellers. to the powerhead and lower unit are executed with precision and in accordance with manufacturer standards.

We focus on servicing both gasoline inboard engines, encompassing direct-drive and V-drive setups. Our technicians carry out oil and coolant analyses, perform yearly fluid and filter changes, inspect raw water cooling systems, align shafts and couplers, and adjust ignition timing and valves when necessary. We also diagnose issues like exhaust riser degradation heat exchanger scaling, and transmission wear (including Velvet Drive and ZF). Through preventive maintenance, we guarantee optimal performance, extended lifespan, and reduced downtime for your inboard propulsion system.

Our capabilities include engine diagnostics and performance testing, oil and filter changes, fuel system cleaning and inspection, cooling system maintenance, belt and hose inspection and replacement, spark plug replacement, transmission and gearbox servicing, impeller replacement, exhaust system inspection and repair, as well as complete tune-ups and engine calibration. Each service appointment includes a comprehensive multi-point inspection to identify potential issues early—helping to reduce long-term repair costs and minimize unexpected downtime.

  • Visual Inspection

  • Replace Lower Unit Seal (if necessary)

  • Inspect/Grease Propeller

  • Inspect/Replace External Anodes

  • Replenish Grease Points

(Every 100 Hours or 1 Year)​

500-Hour Service:

  • Visual Inspection

  • Change Engine Oil

  • Replace Engine Oil Filter

  • Replace Oil Control Valve Filter

  • Replace VST Filter

  • Replace Fuel Filters

  • Change/Inspect Spark Plugs

  • Change Lower Unit Gear Oil

  • Replace Lower Unit Seal (if necessary)

  • Inspect/Grease Propeller

  • Inspect/Adjust Valve Clearance

  • Replace Lower Unit Seal (if necessary)

  • Inspect/Grease Propeller

  • Replenish Grease Points

  • Inspect/Replace Fuel Pump

  • Replace Impeller/Water Pump Housing

  • Replace Alternator Belt (Mercury specific)

(Every 300 Hours or 3 Years)​

1000-Hour Service:

  • Visual Inspection

  • Change Engine Oil

  • Replace Engine Oil Filter

  • Replace Oil Control Valve Filter

  • Replace VST Filter

  • Replace Fuel Filters

  • Change/Inspect Spark Plugs

  • Change Lower Unit Gear Oil

  • Replace Lower Unit Seal (if necessary)

  • Inspect/Grease Propeller

  • Inspect/Replace External Anodes

  • Replace Internal Anodes

  • Inspect/Adjust Valve Clearance
